Andrea Harrn’s Biography
Andrea Harrn is a UK based psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and expert in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She runs her own practice in East London using an integrative approach which combines western science with eastern philosophy.
For the past 16 years she has worked with many hundreds of people to help them find clarity, balance, acceptance, healing, meaning, forgiveness, recognition, freedom from addictions, inner peace and new perceptions of themselves and their place in the world.
Her aim in creating the Mood Cards was to make psychology simple and accessible to all.

We’re on a mission to create a healthier, happier, more sustainable society. Our aim is to provide informative, inspiring and topical stories about mental health and wellbeing. We want to break the stigma of mental health in our society, and to shine a light on the positivity and support that should be available for everyone, no matter their situation
The Mood Cards are not just for families; they’re also being used around the world in various workshops with professionals like carers. I was delighted to receive a copy of this article in Redbridge Carers Magazine which shows the Mood Cards being used in workshops to promote health and wellbeing support for carers.
The Mood Cards on The One Show as part of BBC Children in Need Appeal 2017. They are being used in The Blythe House Hospice counselling centre which supports children who have lost a parent to cancer. Great to hear this. This is being shown as part of the BBC Ride to The Clyde Rickshaw Challenge.
